Refund policy

Decants are final sale. Every decant is filled to order from an opened bottle, so we can't accept returns or exchanges on decants.

Full-size bottles may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unopened and still sealed in their original packaging. Contact us before sending anything back. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the return is due to our error. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.

Damaged, leaking, or incorrect items: contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Lost packages: if tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or shows delivered but you can't find it, contact us and we'll work with USPS to resolve it.
